Thank you for shopping with Verado. We want your order to reach you smoothly, so here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

## Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within **1–2 business days** of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once it ships.

## Shipping Times

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within **7–12 business days**, depending on your location. Please note this is an estimate — during busy periods (holidays, sales events) or due to circumstances beyond our control, delivery may occasionally take longer.

## Tracking Your Order

Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–3 days for tracking information to update after dispatch. You can also reach out to us anytime for an update on your order.

## Customs, Duties & Taxes

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. Verado is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

## Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch. We are unable to redirect orders once they have shipped, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

## Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll offer a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Verado is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported stolen. If this happens, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local postal service first, then contacting us so we can help where possible.
